Stephen A. Smith Admits He's Secretly a Dallas Cowboys Superfan, Calls It His "Guilty Pleasure"

NEW YORK—In a shocking confession that has left sports pundits reeling, Stephen A. Smith revealed Tuesday that he is, in fact, a die-hard Dallas Cowboys superfan, calling it his "guilty pleasure."

"I just can't resist that star logo and the drama that surrounds America's Team," Smith admitted sheepishly, adjusting his tie adorned with subtle hints of Cowboys blue.

Sources close to the ESPN personality disclosed that Smith has a secret shrine to Cowboys memorabilia hidden in his office, including a life-size cardboard cutout of Jerry Jones. "I've been quietly rooting for them all along," Smith confessed, explaining that his passionate on-air rants against the Cowboys were merely a smokescreen to deflect suspicion.

Despite the revelation, Smith assured fans that his impartiality remains intact when it comes to discussing the team's actual chances of winning a championship.

At press time, Smith was seen debating whether to update his Twitter bio to include "#CowboysNation."
